Branding improves recognition

There are so many tech entrepreneurs around the world, what makes you different, and what set you apart from other entrepreneurs?

One of the major components of a brand is a logo because, as the “face” of a business, it’s what people instantly recognize. A professional logo design is simple enough to be memorable, but powerful enough to give the desired impression of your company.

Branding creates trust

Is it another scam? Why should I work with this person? Nobody from my network heard of him/her.

Have you ever had that feeling when you talk to clients? That stressful moment when you show your portfolio and you are not sure about the outcome. Or my favorite one, when you do the work with people but they have zero respect for your time, your expertise, and your past experience.

Developing a strong personal brand creates trust in the eyes of people since they heard of you and know how good you are. If you were to reach out to a client and you have a strong brand of which they heard before, will guarantee you future business

Just as people are more likely to purchase from a business that appears polished and legitimate, families need to feel comfortable before committing to something they are going to use or purchase.

Your brand provides motivation and direction for your staff

It is hard sometimes to work on things by yourself, when you build a clear personal brand it stars resonating with people around you, who willing to work on things you believe in together with you.

A clear brand strategy provides the clarity that your staff needs to be successful.

It tells them how to act, how to win, and how to meet the organization’s goals.

Branding tells your story in an instant

Using unique ways like creating your own Personal Hashtag#, defining keywords, identical logo, consistent brand colors to make your audiences identify you or the business you are representing instantly.

These techniques will shape your brand’s voice and tone in the direction you expect it to be in the long run. But branding is not just about these, there are way more things you need to work on.

The more memorable your brand is, the easier for your followers to remember your stories and offerings. It repetitively reminds the audiences what they love about your brand, why they care what you care about. But don’t forget about the rule of ‘simplistic’, the easier the better for your audiences to understand — a few solid descriptors to explain your brand should be just about right!

Branding builds an emotional connection

Let your audiences know what you care about the most because people stand for something important to them, something shares the same values, and they buy what represents them.

By establishing yourself as a brand, you can deeply connect with customers, employees, and the general public. This connection is a gradual process that happens with time, but it starts by establishing a good reputation, letting your audience get to know you, and ultimately finding memorable ways to communicate.

Branding connects your values to like-minded audiences

Building a personal brand is a process of communicating your values, your personal vision about the world to attract your own tribe of mind-alike people with whom you will be constantly communicating about a different topic that resonates with your vision of this world and what brings value to your audience.

Highly successful businesses have well-established missions, visions, and values. But it’s not just for big companies and do-gooder nonprofits. Smaller brands can take a more casual approach while still developing a core set of brand principles.

Branding leads to new directions

Everything changes over time, climate changes, technology develop & human evolve, so does your vision. When you put up a hard self-work and reflect on your life, this is when your knowledge and view on the world is changing drastically, and it is important to reflect on your personal brand since it can open up new doors of countless opportunities such as the growth of your following and strengthening of connecting with your fans.

Branding builds financial value

When you are competing in a large market and constantly thinking about how to increase the value of your services, branding is the way to go. The more people hear from you, the more value you give upfront the more valuable you become over time, in return, you can set your rates higher than your competition.

Companies that publicly trade on a stock exchange are valued at many times the actual hard assets of the company. Much of this value is due to the branding of the company. A strong brand often guarantees future business.

A strong brand generates referrals.

People love to tell others about the brands they like.

People wear brands, eat brands, listen to brands, and they’re constantly telling others about the brands they love. On the flip side, you can’t tell someone about a brand you can’t remember.

Your brand tells people about your business DNA

Your personal brand is not just your vision and mission, it is far beyond the colors pallet. It is your style of writing, your way of talking to people on videos, your way of presenting yourself, your lifestyle, and much, much more!

Your full brand experience, from the visual elements like the logo to the way that your phones are answered, tell your customer about the kind of company that you are.

Let me know how you think about personal branding and are you going to work on your branding today?
